Returns & Refunds

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, by  sending  a request to . After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

What happens if I receive Damaged Products ?

You will need to inform  us of any damages / defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement/Refund. You will require to send us an email

If Accepted, a Return or Refund will be initiated.

Note: Customer will require to bear any Return Shipping Costs, if applicable 

Orders will be refunded to the original source.
