You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, by  sending  a request to info@goltikli.com . After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Situation ,we are unable to accept any Returns at this moment.

What happens if I receive Damaged Products ?

You will need to inform  us of any damages / defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement/Refund. You will require to send us an email  :info@goltikli.com.

If Accepted, a Return or Refund will be initiated.

Note: Customer will require to bear any Return Shipping Costs, if applicable 

Orders will be refunded to the original source.
